What if my queen dies during shipment?
If the inadvertent situation occurs that you find your queen dead upon receipt of your package you will need to: Contact us immediately!
It is our general policy to provide replacement queens at no charge for our package customers who find themselves in such a situation.
Certain restrictions apply:
- You must call us the day your package arrives. We request that if possible you provide us with your order number. ( Leave a message if you get the voice mail. A quick follow-up via email is always a good idea.)
- We may require you to return the dead queen for our inspection.
- Queens released or killed in installation do not qualify.
- The customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping charges.
- Your shipping options as well as methods of payment will be discussed at time of phone notification.
