What if my queen dies during shipment?

If the inadvertent situation occurs that you find your queen dead upon receipt of your package you will need to: Contact us immediately!

It is our general policy to provide replacement queens at no charge for our package customers who find themselves in such a situation.

Certain restrictions apply:

  1. You must call us the day your package arrives. We request that if possible you provide us with your order number. ( Leave a message if you get the voice mail. A quick follow-up via email is always a good idea.)
  2. We may require you to return the dead queen for our inspection.
  3. Queens released or killed in installation do not qualify.
  4. The customer will be responsible to pay for all shipping charges.
  5. Your shipping options as well as methods of payment will be discussed at time of phone notification.
